Most orders will ship the same day they're placed or the following day if placed in the evening.
Our Customer Service and Logistics teams work 6 days per week processing and shipping orders. When your order ships we'll email you a tracking number which you can use to track your package as it travels to you.
Please note, although we process and ship orders 6 days per week, our shipping partners pick orders up from us Monday to Friday. This means if we ship your order on a weekend the tracking will update on Monday.

We have received your order and will be checking it shortly to verify your payment details and shipping address.
Great news! Your order has been reviewed and is now being picked and packed by our logistics team.
Congrats! Your order has been picked, checked, and boxed up. At this stage a tracking number is created and emailed to you. Your package is passed off to our shipping partners for delivery. Your tracking details should update within 24 hours.

Our Customer Service Team has placed your order on hold because we need additional information about your payment method or shipping address. We will contact you via email with instructions on what to do.
Sometimes orders may be canceled automatically by our payment providers because there is an issue with the payment method (ie. credit card). Orders must also pass our internal fraud verification criteria before being processed. If you believe your order has be canceled incorrectly, please contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
